TM Realty Investment, Inc. is involved as a professional developer of commercial and residential real estate projects. The company has been involved in all kinds of real estate development, including suburban office buildings, downtown office buildings, industrial, residential development, and in the last few years the company has specialized in retail development.  The principal of TM Realty Investment is P. Thomas Mann.  Mr. Mann has developed over 17 million square feet of office, retail, residential and industrial projects over the last 27 years in more than fifteen states. 

It has owned and developed properties in Oklahoma, California, Arizona, Connecticut, Arkansas, North Dakota, Florida, Kansas and Utah. The company is currently under development on two major projects in California in the cities of La Quinta and Indio. The company has focused its efforts on a professional approach to commercial retail development, concentrating on staying at a manageable size, large enough to do large projects, but small enough to remain responsive to its partners.

The Company maintains close relationships with professional consulting firms, brokerage firms, and other professional firms necessary to the attainment of its development goals. The company works at maintaining relationships with national tenants as well as local and regional tenants, and providing services to those tenants that insure repeat business over its course of development.

The Company maintains memberships in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and other professional organizations appropriate in its business.
